This has been the main wallpaper in my first draft of the Debian Wheezy artwork proposal "The Journey".
In the meantime I have received feedback from some users, that this picture is too busy to serve as desktop wallpaper.
So I have made this picture an optional part of the proposal and created another wallpaper, which may be easier to look at.
Anyway I still like this picture very much (and it was a lot of work).
